You can re-locate attractions between the WDW Parks...

It’s not in wdw but I’d move the little mermaid ride in dca to fantasyland in Disneyland, and in its place I would build either a expansion of Pixar pier or clone the grizzly mine carts from Hong Kong.

Tron and Space Mountain to Epcot: Future World East.
GotG coaster to DHS.
Carousel of Progress, One Mans Dream And It’s A Small World to Epcot.
The whole The Living Seas pavilion along with Nemo and Crush the Turtle to DAK.
The Speedway to DHS.
I’d move Star Tours into the Galaxy’s Edge expansion plan. Star Tours into Muppets or Indiana Jones.

Most of the relocation suggestions posted in the forum are well-founded, IMO. I agree with most of the decisions; especially if it puts an IP where it belongs or opens up land for more expansion.
While a lot of the suggestions have merit, reality is some ride are simply never going to be moved because it would be too expensive to do. Simply things like Monsters Inc is easy to move but any ride with tracks starts getting more expensive and become even more so if its a track with any elevation changes.

Blink, blink. Breathe, breathe. Day in, day out.
Carousel of Progress back to Disneyland.
Guardians to Hollywood Studios
Runaway Railway to Storybook Circus
Star Tours to Star Wars Land
Muppet Vision to Epcot (imagination)
Finding Nemo Musical to Hollywood Studios (BATB live)
Indiana Jones adventure to HS
American Adventure to Liberty Square (HoP location. Replace AA at Epcot with a Princess & the Frog broadway style stage show)
