I'd prefer him working but since that doesn't seem possible, I'd prefer the full lights on treatment over the strobe, or a mix of the two.

Why can't they just light the room and at least animate the head instead of the full body-torque problem./...Keep the cavern in half light and spotlight his face... Add digital mapping projections of the walls crumbling around him like a cave in, and I think it would add enough motion, espcially with some smoke effects that they could get away with a different show ...

Ha ha. There was a plan to fix the yeti, but that budget was re-allocated to something else. Not gonna get fixed any time soon. But yeah, maybe by 2023.

As much as I want to see the Yeti back in "A" mode, this would be a horrible way to reward TDO for their awful decision making in regards to upkeep of a headliner attraction.

Sunday he had the full lighting when I rode.

He had a mix of full lighting and strobe this morning. It was enough to see how clearly fake he is, and I got to see the details and size of him, but he still kinda looks like he's at the disco.

Looks more like a Disco Muppet but I can appreciate the design. TadToo's gotta keep it kosher. Not a bad price for some shade-throwing at Disney. Thankfully not an official DisneyParks Tee. If one ever does turn up in the parks I'll consider a boycott.
