Yak & Yeti...10/9??

I heard on Inside the Magic that Yak & Yeti would be opening Oct. 9. When I called to make reservations, the woman didn't even know the restaurant I was talking about. Does anyone have any more info? Why would ITM post it and then no one at Disney Dining knows what I'm talking about?:veryconfu

Disney's latest press release states November. I think this restaurant will be open when its "open". I wouldnt try and plan around it at this point.

Yeah, some folks have been getting that answer from the CM's at Dining, but it's definitely coming... JP says he'll give us the word when it's available for booking. Look at this thread for a little more info on the restaurant... look for post #4 by JPVonDrake...

I've tried asking too ... I keep hearing October 8th or 9th ... I guess there is just not telling!

It's been hit or miss for me. Sometimes when I call the CMs know what I'm talking about and some have no clue. I just keep calling...just keep calling...

From allears.net they said October 9th. Just because they release the date doesn't mean that they will start taking reservations as of yet. Though, Disney may be falling a bit behind, so they might be changing the date on the opening.
