Is the counter service portion as good as the sit down restaurant?

Unforuntately the menu recently underwent a change and they removed some of the more asian style items and replaced them with more generic things. I find the counter serve to be good and definitely a nice change of pace from the usual theme park food. I have had the honey chicken both at the counter and sit down, and found that they are really the same item (the sit down was a little better since it wasn't sitting around quite as long as the counter). The Kung Pao beef was good, but it met the fate of the menu retooling.

I had yak & yeti TS and LOVED it. Great spring rolls and the entrée I had was great. The best pasrt was the Mango Pie. Worth eating there alone.

I think so.
And that's not a knock against the sit down.
The counter service is very good.
Our group found that the counter service portions and quality was just as good as the table service. However, you do have more options at the table service. And, presentation is definitely different... but the food is still good at the counter. Definitely a nice change of pace from all the other counter service locations!
Is CS cheaper??

I don't know if they are exactly the same size or not but the honey chicken and S & S chicken at the CS are $9.99 while at TS are $17.49. The Mandarin Chicken Salad is $8.99 at CS and $14.99 at TS. Pork Egg Rolls are $2.00 more at TS. Chicken fried rice is $1.00 more.
We have only had the CS and thought it was pretty good. The servings were really large. We shared a dish.

The counter service seems just about as good and it seems a little less expensive. Not sure about portion size though.
