Yak and yeti counter service

I wanted to try yak and yeti counter service while we are in animal kingdom but was wondering if any one knew what came with the dining plan do you get a meal and a side or does the side count as a snack

We have eaten there several times on the dining plan. If I remember correctly, you get the meal, a dessert (like a frozen lemonade) and a drink. If you added a side, I think it would be extra. In our case, we did not need one. We found the meals to be big enough for two people to eat.

At this place I think you can get chicken fried rice as a snack and it is a large portion. Large enough for a meal.

I think sides are extra too, but the spring rolls are pretty good. We ate there on our last trip and that is our new lunch spot in AK!

We love the noodles - a very big portion. Sides would be extra. On DDP, it would be an entrée, drink and a dessert.

Have actually never tried the counter service porton of Yak and Yetti. Will have to definately give it a try on our next trip.
