Thats right, AIMLESS. I had plenty of things to do around the house today and what did I decided? That I would go to Disney, AGAIN! (Sorry, been listening to Lewis Black all day on my iPOD).
Anyways. I got to Magic Kingdom about 9:30ish. And it was like, Dear God, where did the people go? There was no one, and I mean NO ONE at the park. Tell you how quiet it was, minus Cindy's Surprise, I did the ENTIRE park, ALL OF IT, in ONE hour.
I checked every store that sells CDs....No Wishes. Only new ones are the Brother Bear, Hillary Duff's Christmas and a Disney Christmas CD (The characters singing the usual Christmas songs).
Nother thing I noticed was that AE, is still on the time guide listed "Temporarly Closed for Referbishment"....why is that? its gone, we all know it, so why are they using that excused?
Quick note: If any of you were over at FantasyLand, someone (At least I think) was trying to get my attention near Peter Pan/Small World. If you were trying to say Hi, sorry. I thought I heard someone trying to get my attention but I had my ear phones on and they were too comfortable to take them off to find out, so, Hi if you were.
The best part from me being over there was that they had some of the Country Bears (Give it up for Big Al...LITTLE RAT!!). Anyways, they were out in front of the shootin arcade playin Checkers.....I will repeat myself....Four of them were trying to play checkers. A game in which, I always thought, was played with two....
Anyways, they went in for a break and came back out. Unknown to me, the big rat named Big Al, came out with one of those damned water/fan deals, and dumped the entire, the ENTIRE! bottle of water on me. Im just waiting to get a call from a friend and they say "HAHA" and then hang up.
Left MK and Ill have to tell you, the Yellow/Blue Flags they have on the trams to indicate which area they are going to....thats B******T on a stick! I headed over to MGM afterwards.
And uh, Christ, today must have been "look at X2 day" because everyone, EVERYONE was either looking right at me, or glancing over at me.
New York Street has been turned into, Wall St. Why? Because it seems EVERY corner has a Construction wall up. The ones towards the NY skyline is for a rehab, the rest is for the San Fran area.
Level 2 (The area on top of the soon to be bathrooms, also a seating area *Not the bathrooms*) of the Auto Show has been started.
Animation area, outside and the gallery is like Brother Bear heaven right now. Speaking of which, the Pin Vultures returned today for the Opening Day pin of Brother Bear.
I went down to West Side and had planned on going to see Brother Bear. And when I got to the theater....I saw a sea of ankle biters and I said Screw this, and saw Pirates (Something Ive been meaning to do for about two months now).
After that, I ran over to Virgin and got a Lewis Black DVD (Lewis Black tells it like it is, great guy).
And so ends another un eventful day at The House of Mouse.
