I find it interesting that D’Amaro issued a statement. I’m not aware of him commenting directly on many lawsuits before. Even in the CFTOD/RCID lawsuit Disney statements were issued by Vahle.

Either it blew up bigger than they could have ever imagined, or Josh wanted to make the statement himself to put himself in the public’s eye as “the guy who talks about Disney putting humanity above other considerations.”

And Disney doesn't own and operate the majority of the restaurants at Disney Springs. It's the opposite. Same can be said of EPCOT - which is where the plaintiff had tickets for.

The ones you knew were third party. I assure you there are many third party cast wearing Disney nametags.

The also operate D-Luxe Burger, but I believe you are right that any Table Service restaurants at Disney Springs are third-party establishments.
