Curious as to when they are open. I REALLY want to try a carrot cake cookie. So yes, I am trying to make sure we will be there during their operating times.

The only place I am positive closes early for the day is Starring Rolls which usually shuts its doors at 4pm

Yes and to my knowledge the only place in the World that carries them.

I have never seen it closed or closed early and we always go at slower times. It should be open all day and into the evening. I have seen it open until 8pm when the park closed at 8pm in early November and early December also. Usually it's one of the few places that stays open later.

The carrot cake sandwich cookie is the best snack in HS in my opinion. You will not be disappointed.

Yeah I looked online and everywhere it says they have an all day menu. They don't post any hours.

We went near to the end of a day at the end of May and they were closing up. We pleaded with the CM that we came especially for the carrot cake cookie sandwich and they let us in. We bought a couple and while we were there the staff were clearing up and gave each of our daughters a free cupcake of their choice! I guess they were going to be thrown out, but that didn't lessen the joy it brought to my girls! This is one of the reason we love Disney

I went on the official Disney website and they don't have Writers Stop listed under places to get food. They have everywhere else in HS just not Writers Stop.

It's definitely worth the stop; but we've found on more than one occasion that they use this location for training so service can be a little slow. Courteous, but slow.

Go to Sweet Spells- they have the carrot cake cookie, too. At least they did when I worked there. Since they're on Sunset Blvd, they'll stay open through the last of the Fantasmic exit rush.
