Honestly, how often is there a piece of paper on the ground in a Disney park ? :/ I think i've never seen something on the ground in WDW.

Sorry...I honestly don't mean to come across as rude.
I'm actually...just...skeptical.
You see, many of us around here know a bit about what goes on around the parks, and can state with some confidence how things are done and not done. Fancy brochures containing confidential, proprietary material about upcoming attractions is not something Disney or WDI creates then leaves lying about. I have personally never even heard of any such thing being made.

Please, if anyone around here has any contradictory information, feel free to set me straight on this.

So true! Unless the WDI or CM just walked by and dropped it, it's really hard to believe that it was on the ground. Paper/trash is picked up right away by CM, it's bad show. I don't mean to be a jerk but finding pictures of EE on the ground by WDI is really hard to believe.

So WHERE exactly was this? Did you see someone drop it?

adding on to that, who do you claim took this paper from you? A regular everyday CM, or someone much more official looking, or someone from WDI? Something tells me that even your basic-average CM would not even know what secret WDI documents looked like, let alone would happen to spot a guest picking them up, come to the guest, retrieve them, and walk off?

Like Lee said, most of us are not trying to be rude but are just rather skeptical. Its just really hard to believe a story like this, let alone when there are so few details. Personally, if I were to post something about how I managed to stumble across top-secret WDI documents, I'd most likely write every juicy detail. With your post, it was just so vague that it left many wondering just what exactly you were claiming happened.

it may be true!

It may be to true but the piece of paper was not a top secret document. Many cast members get info sheets on upcoming rides or some have access to just print out the concept art of everest that you see here on my avator I do it many times. I do believe he saw something but it was not of anything of importance because Imagineers dont carry stuff around the parks if they need to look at something they have to got o the art library or workshop I can tell I know this because I have sources. But for know lets leave it at that!
I hope all of you have a Wonderful Day!

I can definately see something like this happening.
Let me give you a little backstory on my life.

I love Disney. I've been going since I was born and will continue to do so. My thing in life has always been art. Painting, sculpting, model building, you name it, I'll probably have some example of my work in that medium.
The thing i do most (not necessarily like to do most, but get to [ right now I'm out to prove to some people that painting can be strong area for me, as some people (my parents, friends, random people on the street; "Hey look, it's the non painting idiot-what up?") seem to be doubting, as I've done but one painting and am painting my second one for an art contest (a Disney Art Contest none the less). Anyway, since I can draw with nothing but a pencil and paper (as in I don't need paint, brushes, clay, whatever), I take it everywhere with me in the event that I get an Idea for either a new Disney related project or a new idea for a Disney theme Park attraction, shop, retaurant, landscape, or a park in general, (again, I want to be an Imagineer, so I keep whatever I can so if I get the job, maybe I can revisit it someday) I can have it down exactly like I originally planned. It's also great for long car trips or getting bored in Math Class :p . Anyway, I also have friends, of course, some of which whom lately apparently want to have some of the pictures I drew. I never like to give away the original drawing (unless I am drawing it to give away), so I'll either redraw it or PHOTOCOPY IT. I will then gladly give them their desired drawing.

Now, jumping from my life to someother topic, some of you may know that Imagineers like to walk around the park in groups, dressed like normal guests, no nametags, looking around to see what can be improved, or maybe even sometimes sent to draft something. It could very well be that one or 2 of those Imagineers also like the idea of having paper wherever they go, but when they do something they truly like or have to give to whatever division to get it approved as the real thing, they may want to have their own, but since they now have a standard to live up to, anytime it is redrawn probably just won't look right (trust me, it happens ALOT.), so, instread they photocopy it. So, if they're like me, they'll keep that copy inside their pile of papers that they treat as their bible and carry with them everywhere, which I can tell you, it gets tedious, and I tend to DROP THINGS WITHOUGHT NOTICING, BUT FORTUNATLY THERE IS USUALLY SOMEONE KIND ENOUGH BEHIND ME TO SEE THAT SOMEONE DROPPED SOMETHING, but since they don't know who they say "did anyone drop a picture of ____?". That's when I'll say, "Yes, that was me, thanks alot, I would've died if I knew I lost it". Sometimes nobody will notice right away, but maybe later on someone will give it to someone who will give it to someone who knows me who will return it because they know it's my work.

Now, I'm not saying that it's definately a fact that this is true, I'm just saying that there most definately IS a possibility that something such as this could happen. You just need to know the right reasoning. Someone also posted that they're probably not going to believe it because this person is new. I'm going to feel like an idiot if i'm wrong, but Lee, when you posted your first big rumor when you were a new member, how many people believed you? How many times have the people who didn't belive you probably felt like kicking their heads because they didn't believe you because you were new?

Oh, someone said it was too far from Everest. It could've just been something an Imagineer did on his own free time so he can go and say "Hey, I think we should do something like thins" and then pull it out. "Why was it copied, then?" you might ask. Maybe they didn't want to carry around the original for reasons like how I never gibe away an original, as I can't bear parting with it. they could've copied it so in the event that something like this happened, they'd still have one.

It's really very simple. :D

Anyway, any other questions?

Ohh, I feel like Monk right now :D (sorry, I just watched the show).

i didnt say blue prints i said pictures and a drawing similar to the concept art on this site

WAIT!!!

There IS a long-run way to prove this. Tylers5592, can you describe any of the pictures that you saw on the paper? Somebody save the description, and in a matter of months, we'll have more details. If they match up, then the rest will probably be correct also.

So, Tylers5592, would you describe everything you remember? I'm NOT making any assumption as to whether you're lying, though I see how people can get mad since people have told obviously-false stories on this site before. (Whenever someone starts talking about their uncle, I turn off the computer.)

I didn't mean to come off as a jackass. Sorry.

To me, if this were true, why didn't you just pocket it and/or try and get a picture/copy of it? You can't just post something like this about TOP SECRET documents without some good solid proof. You don't seem to have it. So all you can go by is your word? I won't believe something with just word of mouth. That's just me though.

I don't think anyone has mentioned this yet, so Welcome to wdwmagic Tylers5592!

I think it's entirely possible that you saw what you saw. Perhaps a manager just came out of a meeting where they had received some concept art on the future/coming soon attraction(s) and then they dropped it accidentally. It's possible, until someone can say that they have never dropped something in their life. It may not necessarily be a document from an imaginear, but it could still be considered top secret. If it isn't announced yet (which some of it may not be), then it can be considered secret. I can't tell you how many times I've had to tell guests at Six Flags that I have no clue what new ride(s) we're getting, even when I did indeed know. Not quite the same level, but still an example of how something like that could be called a "top secret document".

i was at animal kingdom. just getting off Dinosaur when i saw a sheet of paper on the ground .... and so i picked it up :veryconfu . when i looked at it i saw a big mountain that looked similar to the concept art of E:E and so i opened it ( it was like a brochure ) and it showed animated pictures of the whole ride ! ! ! ! i didnt want anyone to see it so i closed it. i was about to put it in my bag when a CM took it and said that i couldnt have it that this was classified info. about the future of AK !!! so i asked him what was on it and he said he couldnt tell me but that EVERY THING that had been built so far for EE was in there even pictures.. so my face was like :hammer: why did i not look at all the pics ? He was then called by another cm and had to go and i was just standing there thinking if i was able to keep that sheet we might have known ALOT more about EE !!!! has anyone else seen these sheets?
if you have them please copy them i know you proabably already would have .... but im just sayin

You said you were just getting off the Dinosaur ride, so did it happen right at unload? or still in the building? or outside?
