If it takes me more than 30 seconds to get to an operator I just keep hitting 0 and yelling, thats to any service number I call.

I hope to the man above that WDW never goes overseas to India... I hate to come across as offensive or prejudice but you CAN'T understand them! Sure, English is one of the official languages on paper but it's a stretch if you ask me... plus they just read off scripts and don't know anything about what they're actually servicing... so frustrating!

Amen! The girl I talked to a couple of days actually said "Have a magical day," and I almost dropped my iPhone.
