They absolutely have Kidcot stations, and they had stickers and card to collect at each country. I wasn't looking for stamps or the passports, but I am pretty sure I saw one of the CM's use a stamper to stamp the country card. By the time I visited Japan though, it was just before park closing, and the Kidcot station was empty. I noticed the CM's had put out some stickers and cards. I'm not sure about the Passports.
Ona sidenote, we did stop to see Mickey in MK, and the family ahead of us had a bit of a creative idea- they had water bottles for Mickey to sign. Not sure how well the signings ( Sharpie) will hold up over time, but it was a cute idea.
