Does anyone know the reason why the street lights on 192/World Drive have been out for quite some time? My thoughts are either bug control or there was a big electrical issue that happened at some point and they don’t want to pay to fix it?

In another thread it was said that interchange area is operated by FDOT and they were working on it, but as you said it’s been years. RCID is responsible for most of the rest of world drive where the lights are operating.
