Good morning just some ripped in 30 and 30 day shred to start:) I also have a very busy cooking day. Egg rolls(not for me), veggie lo mein, stir fried(but not fried) mixed veggies and spinach in garlic ginger sauce.

How do you do 5 miles inside your house, or are you referring to your group walk with your pals?

Lunch sounds very good today!

Good morning I have brain freeze. I wound up doing 6 inside miles instead of my usual 5:joyfull::hilarious: I forgot Walk to the Party HIITS is a 3 mile workout:hilarious: and then 3 other LS miles. I already have my salad chopped for lunch, now I still have to figure out what to make for dinner. I have cauliflower and garlic, now I just have to get a bit creative:confused:

Garlic is good. Cauliflower is :hungover:. If you must eat cauliflower, then at least kill the taste with a lot of garlic.

I should go grocery shopping with you this weekend, and show you some tasty food. Cheetos, frozen yogurt (any flavor), and chocolate chip cookies, for a start. :p

Sounds like you have all the "sides" covered. What do you plan for actual food?

Hello-

I am still working out! I just took an internetz break for a while and have been slowly coming back online. :)

I starting mixing in indoor cycling classes about twice a week. (Anymore than that is dread inducing :P) . My husband bought a spinning bike after Christmas and I finally started using it. I think I need to buy a gel cushion seat cover. I have been spinning for about a month now, but my "butt bones" are always sore for days after wards. :hilarious:

This snow has killed all of my flowers that have started opening. I had snow drops, daffodils and crocuses in bloom. Now they are matted into the ground from the weight of the snow. :(

Also, as of yesterday, I am down 23 lbs. :)
