Well it's 3.15 pm and myself & Mrs Hatter have just returned from a lovely walk down by the marina.Only one boat that caught my eye that was from Holland..Anyway,it's hot & muggy so tonight I'am having a jerk chicken breast grilled with a summer salad & home made potato salad side dish..Washed down with a nice cool beer..;)

Good morning everybody!!! Yessss, we had a blast at The Monkees concert!!! It was so much fun!! Everyone sang and danced and had a great time!! Then, we stopped by to have lunch with our DD!! Miss her all the time!! Had a very good lunch, too. Then, we stopped by a winery and relaxed and bought a bottle to bring back home. Nice!!
Today is very busy around the neighborhood. They are paving right outside my door, which, by the way, started at 6:30 am this morning!! The whole house was shaking with all that racket going on out there! The cat does not like it.
Anyhoo, I will probably wait and do grocery shopping later this afternoon when they have gotten up the road a bit. Got to do the laundry and clean up a bit. Walking will have to be later this evening when the road crew have disappeared.
@figmentfan423 that choc cherry drink sounds yummy!! @epcotisbest keep up the great dieting and keep on moving. You would have loved the concert. They had a big screen and showed lots of excerpts from the tv show and interviews too.

Singing, dancing and having a good time at a Monkees concert...hard to improve on that!
Thanks for the encouragement...I have such a long way to go...but it took a long time to get this outta shape in the first place.

Kale in smoothies takes a little getting used to that's why I said to add the stevia.
Yummy!! I just made one since I went to the grocery store and late for lunch. I added some agave syrup instead of stevia cause sometimes stevia upsets my tummy. And I put in unsweetened almond milk and crushed ice. Thanks!! And I really don't mind the kale taste like I was dreading!

Glad you enjoyed! Try this ! cup milk of your choosing, 1/2 banana, 1/2- 3/4 cup strawberries and 1 cup spinach.

Here's my I want to be bad but have to be good favorite. 1 cup almond milk, 1/2-3/4 cup frozen pineapple(I cut up fresh ones and freeze some), 1 cup spinach, dash of coconut extract and 1/2 tsp rum extract.

Oh Wow!! I am going to try that one for sure!! Sounds like a pina colada that's good for you!! And you know how I love my pina coladas!! Yum-O!
