Working in Downtown Disney ??

I just applied to work in the "Anna and Elsa Boutique" and got an interview. Do people that work in downtown disney receive the same benefits as a regular cast member? Since the Anna and Elsa Boutique is owned by disney I'm not sure if it would be the same....I would assume that working in one of the restaurants in downtown disney would not give you the same benefits. Im just very confused on the policy. Thanks!!

If you work for Disney, you're a cast member and get all regular cast benefits.

ESPNZone is owned by Disney and is the only Restaurant in DtD that is.

Is it true that if you work at one of the Disney owned shops they can rotate you to other Disney shops depending on schedule?

Im not sure about that...However I know once you work there for 6 months you are able to transfer to a new store if you want.

Interesting I always thought they cross trained you like they do with cast members assigned to certain lands/attraction.
