OK...this is what I know...I haven't been down there since all of the changes have been made.
You get discount tickets into the parks. How much of a discount, I'm not too sure. You also get your regular discount off merchandise and most restaurants.
That's about all I know. And oh yeah, it starts from Day 1 when you start working.
