One more little problem with this is the size of the property. No way near big enough for a Disney theme park. Not enough room for expansion and too close to WDW. No more Disneyland mistakes when purchasing property! (Hopefully!!)

Well Disney have been known to buy land and then not do anything with it.
Several years ago Disney Bought land in Rock Creek, Ohio and when that happened Rumors ran rampid, but to this date that have not done anything with the land that they bought.

sok l heard cedar fair owners of cedar point are looking into buying all paramont theme parks within in the next few years. But who knows.

Huh? My PKI may become Cedar Point owned - hmmm, not a bad thing if my pass would get me in there like it does at other Paramount Parks.
