Does anyone know if the Wonders of Life Pavillion is still closing? I noticed that disney has added pages on all the attractions back onto their website. Does anyone have any more info on this?

Unfortunately, I don't think that the Disney website is always as correct or up to date as it should be when it comes to the Wonders of Life!

Welcome to the boards!:D

I just noticed this too. The pages were gone for a while but now they are back up. I don't know if they are bringing WOL back, or if they are just getting peoples' hopes up just to have them crushed again.

I'd like to see it retired. I think it will be relatively soon. However, Disney won't say anything and will leave us debating/discussing this for a long time. Damn they're smart!

Wonders Of Life doesn't need to be buldozed, it has a perfectly good pavillion, and theme. But something has to be done; I went there last Christmas because I knew that its closure was imminent. Sadly all television screens were off/broken, no attractions were running and very few guests were about.
There is so much potential there, but it just needs to be gutted and restarted.

I love Cranium Command. That and the pavillion are one of those attractions that I remember enjoying as a kid at Epcot. I thought Body Wars always drew a crowd too. I think if they were to update the pavillion with a new attraction, keep CC and BW, and put a good food court in, they could refresh a great pavillion.

I would like something to be done soon, this is total dead space. If they want to keep the theme they need to change the attractions ie. make body wars a killer dark ride. I think they can do better than a health theme though, but thats just me.

Thanks for all the welcome! Glad to finally have a place to share the addiction  I haven't actually been in the pavillion in years. I heard it would be open this past April over Easter, but it was closed. It was completely disappointing!

It's more disappointing if you actually got in. It's sad to see the pavillion in that state, having never seen it in it's prime; I could only guess as to what it would have been like.

i love cranium command and the stuff where (come on work with me) you stick your hand into a box and have to guess what it is by feeling it. (okay that could sound bad but you know what i am talking about. cc was one of my favorite rides at epcot!

The Sensory Fun House! lol. Yea, The Wonders of Life is back up on the website, but they took it off of the brochures. It shows the building, but with no number on it. One is SSE, two is UoE, (skips WoL) three is M:S, and then four is TT. So they are closing it? Or will it be like Busch Gardens' Ackbar Simulator? They only opened it during peak attendence times, but I think it may be closed for good now? lol

:veryconfu

If it is closed, they need to quit listing it as if it will reopen. WoL is even listed in the recently released Imagineers Guide to Epcot.

What I miss most at WoL is the hidden Mickey in the mural above the BW entrance. It was the first one I ever saw and it remains my favorite.

IF they are closing it, it looks like they're closing it the same way they close Horizons. They closed Horizons and let it sit there for ten months or so, and then re opened it when World of Motion closed and UoE went down for a refurb, so only WoL was open at the time on that side of the park, so they had to open Horizons. And they did, after it was closed for nearly a year. So WoL is the same way? They re open it whenever they want.
