Wonders of Life at Epcot

I even forgot this building was still there at Epcot , until I looked at a recent map online from disneyparks.com and it was on there. It's a wonder they never put another ride in there , instead of just using it for special events or gathering dust. Wonder if they will ever make something out of it or just keep it there as a forgotten thing of the past.

First of all, its in use almost all the time with one special event or another....

Second, nothing is being added to Epcot that doesn't have corporate sponsorship. Thats the way Epcot has been set up since day one.

If you know of a corporation that would be interested in the 200-300 million to set up a new attraction and another 20-30 million to keep it running each year, then I am sure Disney would love to hear from you.

Hehe!....But seriously, that is the way Epcot is set up.

While the imagineers might have some ideas about things they might want to do, nothing will happen if there isn't a third party interested in paying for it at Epcot.

We took a walk thru Wonders of Life last March when we were there during Mardi Gras. It was used for some exhibits for the Flower and Garden Festival. When we were walking out of Universe of Energy, we saw that it was open and decided to go take a walk inside. Brought back a lot of memories.
