I just noticed this on the official wdw site:

It looks like a sneak peak into dates for discounts (plus another way for WDW to fill rooms during slow weeks). The calendar didn't work for me, but I'll check back later.

Weird, the fall dates which include "not-so-scary Halloween fun" are the 3rd week of Nov and the 2nd and 3rd weeks of Dec. Not really "Halloween" time. Guess they are ironing it out still.

Also of interest -- MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND IS MARKED FOR LIGHTER CROWDS... and that's the only week of the spring marked. May week 1-3 are AWESOME. Just warm enough to get some great swimming in, but not Killer-hot.

I could pick better weeks. Geez.

I had the same thoughts regarding the spring week and fall weeks. I haven't looked at all of the weeks yet, but this is interesting.
