4/30/05 - A large green tarp was erected infront of the Wonder of Life's DNA sculpture. Paint crews could be seen behind the tarp re-painting th rungs of the sculpture.

PHOTOS REQUESTED FOR UPCOMING EPCOT GOERS!!

GOOD! -- the DNA chain has had peeled paint for quite some time.

I don't understand... half the pavilion is closed when it reopens... there is a building leak Disney doesn't want to fix... rumors of demolition...

Disney was showing the pavillion to powerful pharmaceutical companies right up until it went down - I'm thinking with all the folks specially invited to the upcoming events, this is sponsor-bait. Just my theory though.

Uh oh. Let's hope that Pfizer wasn't one of those companies.

A Viagra revamped WoL pavilion would be weird.

Of course it would make perfect sense for them to sponsor the Making of Me.

Well - yeah, no sponsor yet. Who wants a pavillion that looks like its falling apart? Hence, the attempt to lure then in with shiny new paint.

So you think the search for a sponsor is still on? I know one major corporation was touring it last summer, but they opted not to sponsor.

The search for a sponsor is never-ending at WDW. Alamo taking the TTA wasn't a fluke. There's some committee whose job it is to find candidates for sponsorship and woo them into signing.

It would only take just a quick overlay to the DNA strand to make it the new icon of the pavilion. :lookaroun
