I didn't realise that the restaurant was named after a real chef
I just thought it was another chain brand.
He is on a cookery program in the UK now. He's not that old either, he has mentioned he has young children.

Yep,The dude was born in Austria and made his fame in California.

Yeah he's a real guy although not hugely famous over here.
You must be watching that saturday kitchen programme? Lol

He's referenced quite a lot in tv shows and movies... Die hard springs to mind.

I've only ever eaten at one of his restaurants (the one at wdw) I thought it was ok.... Nothing fantastic.

WPE at downtown is one of the best & highly rated QS restaurants at WDW.

We ate at his place in Vegas. I told my wife I would never try raw fish until i tried it and it blew me away it was so good.
