Wolfgang Puck Cafe

I made a reservation for the Wolfgang Puck cafe at DTD for October, I did this through the Disney website, but I ordered a cake to be delivered to the table through the Wolfgang Puck website.

I filled out the cake order form they sent me, and they haven't replied to me about payment or confirming the cake.

Is there a problem or is this normal?

I don't mean to be a worrier but I want this to be all sorted for my parents.

I would call. Anytime you you don't receive confirmation from an internet order it is always a good idea to call.
