Just a short note to say that this guy was the BEST guide we have ever experienced. He was absolutely hilarious using some very original material and using his very natural delivery! It is a pleasure when someone puts that much effort into what could be a mundane job.

If someone reading this knows him it would be great to get this to his manager.
