I am so tired this morning...Joel is bounding all over the place though.
Yesterday I put on one of those pedimeters and I walked all day. over 11,000 steps by the end of the day. I am soooo tired of walking and I didn't even lose any ounces in weight.

I refuse to weigh myself - it just gives me opportunity to be depressed. Don't dwell on it sweetie...if you feel better after walking with more energy, it was successful. :kiss:

Fine - Abby has traipsed off to band, and I have to get Joel ready here. They both like the new van, especially all the doors that open at the touch of remote. Space age man! :lol:

I know, I didn't know anything about it and walked RIGHT PAST IT. I walk through there every morning. I kept noticing a bunch of helicopters, and then when I got to that building there was NYPD, FDNY, and reporters everywhere. Checked my Bberry after getting through there and then found out what was going on.

It doesn't take much to impress us. 
Joel's lunch is packed now, so I'm sipping at tea at the moment. I want to stop drinking pop at lunch, but I need a little caffeine in my day, so I thought I'd try tea instead. :shrug:
