Wishing It Was Spring Already with Magic Friends

Oh my gosh!
They remind me so much of Joey when she was brand new.
She was a yapper too! And she had the prettiest blue eyes.
But...she also had huge pointy ears and reminded me very much of a bat.
I love the blue eyes!
If only they could stay that way...
And we've had some funny looking kittens- bats, ewoks, opussoms, minks, rats.

They had questions about it. Mainly, if I would have time to do stuff like run errands and go to Church but I assured them I would. They seem ok with it as long as it doesn't wear me out. I told them I'd stop if it did.

Funny how one immediately turns into a 2 year old when talking to parents.

I'm okay.
How are you, my Nibblies?
Getting excited?
One month to go!

I'm doing fine. Had a great afternoon with my brother.

I am getting excited! Very excited. I can't wait to see you all again.

So I finally told my folks I got a job at Disney. :lookaroun

And?

Don't try to figure me out, Nibbs.
It will just make your head hurt.

I see...well my head hurts...that must be why.

I'm doing wonderful.

George and the girls got Joey for me from a pet store one Christmas.
Turned out Joey was much too young to be separated from her Mom.
We had to bottle feed her for a while.

That's good. And you should stop if it starts wearing you out.

Aww, isn't that just precious?
How little was she?

It's sad to see baby animals that have been taken away from their mom too early.
Some of ours try and nurse off of stuffed animals...

Me too!

I have that effect on people.

Yes, which is usually why I don't go to them for things or tell them a lot. :lookaroun

My Mom has this thing about socks. If me or my sister go to visit her wearing sandals, she thinks our feet are going to just freeze right off because we're not wearing socks...and I mean in the middle of summer. My Mom calls my sister every night, and my sister will put socks on just before she calls just so, if my mom should ask, my sister can say that yes, she is wearing socks.

I have a quick question- for the Hidden Mickey contest, what's an official HM? Are you looking for HMs that Disney has created, and not ones that people make on their own?
Yes...they're Hidden Mickeys that are created by Disney.

Basically if they are listed on Steve Barrett's Hiddden Mickey's website, then we're good to go. :D

LOl, every call, they always ask me if I'm eating and what groceries I bought.

Wow...kittens are so cute...too bad they turn into cats...:lookaroun
Cats are rather boring (most of the time)
But I still like them.

I've never see that list, but would one found in a window display be okay?

So funny.
My mom will ask me what we had for dinner and when I tell her, sometimes she'll say "You know how to cook that?" I've been married for almost 35 years and it still surprises her that I can function outside of her house.

How is your brother?

He's doing very well. He's just always busy. He works at American Eagle and then is working at Six Flags again, but this year, he's going to be a lifeguard...so I don't get to see him a lot. But he's dating this guy now who's really great. He's in construction, and he seems really nice. My mom likes him and my dad seems to too. On my dad's birthday, my brother's boyfriend was over and my dad, brother, and him were downstairs watching CSI:Miami together. They all seemed to be having a good time. (It's a good thing my brother doesn't like guys like Danny from American Idol, b/c then I know my dad would have a problem.)

But I wrote all about my day with my bro in my blog today. Pics included. We went out on the electric scooter that WHF has. It was interesting. :lookaroun
