There was a very tall coconut tree and 4 animals (a lion, chimp, giraffe, and a squirral). The animals decided to have a race to see who could get a banana off the tree first. Who won? Your answer will describe your personality.
Oh my gosh! You totally got me on that one!

I still just don't "get" that place... And DH and I are definitely goofballs.

Bye Jo.

Here, this guy can help:

Well, if you really like improv and theater, you might get it a little more.
Otherwise, you might not have spent enough time there.

And as I said in the other thread, sometimes it's the things that happen in the main lobby that are the funniest things of the night. (Like I said in my TR of the girl who ended up kissing the one character).

A lot of it depends on guest interaction too. So if you're there on a slowish night...you won't see as much great guest interaction, which makes it not as funny. If the guests are really into it...it can be hilarious.

And my last piece of advice is to stay at least once, all night. If I had left after like an hour or so, I wouldn't have gotten it either. But since I stayed until the hoopla at the end...it was a lot easier for me to get the whole entire package.

Oh and I will take that man! :lookaroun

A chimp-your a moron

A giriffe-your are a complete idiot

A squiral-your hopelessly stupid.

Coconut trees don't grow bananas.:lookaroun
OMG! I totally fell for it. But I didn't read it very closely either. That might explain why.

We love improv comedy, and I at least love theater. We stayed for about an hour and 45 minutes. I just didn't think it was that funny. I think if we would have been drinking, it would have been more funny... but we totally didn't get it sober. I think, too, that so many of the guests were so drunk that it was just... awkward.
We really thought we'd like it. Dh is always the guy who is a character in settings like this and because of that he's usually picked to poke fun at himself, etc. So we really are that type of people. We just didn't have fun that night.
I think we both agreed that PI probably wasn't going to be something we'd do again. We had more fun at Jellyrolls than there.
Maybe if we went with people who were more familiar with AC...

Maybe if you did go with someone who knows the ins and outs...you really have to kinda know some of the inside jokes and such.

But hey...it's definitely not for everyone.

And I don't drink, but I still think it's hilarious.

Does Vince like it? Maybe he could help us out.

I really WANt to like it. I really do. I think the crowd on that one day just wasn't great. One part that really turned me off was when we went into that hall-like place for a fundraiser show and sat at a table, the group of drunk 30/40-somethings next to us were giving us the evil eye b/c we took "their" table.

Oh...

Yeah...that can be difficult. But it's not assigned seating, so they should have a. gotten there earlier, or b. dealt with it and gotten different seating. It's not that big of a deal.

Vince likes it...otherwise he wouldn't have taken us there to begin with. Now he's created a monster.
