Would it be possible to make one?

You could rig something up with a wireless card, a laptop, and a webcam.

What do you think?

I think you're on the wrong discussion forum......uh...yeah, and that.

By the way, most cameras I've seen are already wireless.

EDIT: I just read your post in the other thread. Should have just kept that topic going than starting a new one with a new subject because then people (like me) who hadn't read that thread would have NO Idea you meant here :-P

Well, there are a few digital cameras out there with built-in WiFi capabilities. I only know of one by name, the Kodak EasyShare One (http://www.kodak.com/eknec/PageQuerier.jhtml?pq-path=9/19/8993&pq-locale=en_US), but I know that other companies have come up with similar cameras.
The software's rather limited. You first need a WiFi hotspot that doesn't require any logging in (though a security key can be used). And then there's only a limited number of things you can do with them such as e-mailing them only to someone on a pre-established e-mail list, or uploading them to your gallery on Kodak's website.

Why do you want to do this. The best way is to just get an x10 camera.
This was in relation to the comment that it is sad that there are no webcams in the park any more for people to watch. I made this topic for fun to see if it actually would be possible to make one. I think it would be much easier from the entire WDWMagic forum community (ie the undersigned) to ask for a web cam.
