20k leagues was great!! Considering Walt himself created that ride imagine seeing it in the 50's. To us it might not seem real, but it was SO ahead of it's time.

I know the majority of people disagree with me, but I really disliked Mr Toads Wild Ride and thought it had no place in Fantasy Land what so ever. To me, the Pooh ride is much better even though I agree he does seem to be taking over the world:animwink:

If you remember the story line from "The Adventures of Icabod and Mr. Toad" - J. Thadeus Toad (due to his mania) traded Toad Hall for a stolen motor car. When they realized it was stolen, Mole, Rat, Toad and McBadger snuck into Toad Hall and stole the deed away from Mr. Winky. Then Toad reclaimed his ancestrial home - Toad Hall.
So Pooh taking over Toad Hall fits in well with the story line. The question is - what did Owl give Toad in exchange for Toad Hall??? I think Disney may be hinting at a return of Toad by including the Toad/Owl photo in the Pooh ride.
Are we looking at a potential Toad sequel????
