Stunning. Best building yet at DS. Anyone know if this is designed by Imagineering or another entity?

The financing document shows that this will be the boundaries of the space which is 3800 sq/ft. The article says it will be 6000 sq/ft, so it looks like there will be a second level.

shall be an interesting build, since its framed in by finished buildings, so thats going to make constructing this a challenge

guessing this will require more nighttime construction than the rest of the landing required

that building looks way bigger than the land area

is most of the restaurant upstairs? then with shops on the first level?

is part of this replacing part of raglan road,

hard to visualize as the concept art makes the building look like its built like an inside corner, but the the land area makes it look like the land is an outside corner

I am guessing it will be something like this...

Photo update as of Wednesday, Jan 25. The construction fence has been extended into the main Landing passage, with space for just two people to walk through. Disney has placed signs on both sides to alert guests with ECVs, wheelchairs and strollers to take an alternate path around Raglan Road.

Behind the construction fence, some work has started on Wine Bar George. Compare this photo with the one posted on Nov 7 on the previous page.

not sure how they could do this differently

but i'm a bit surprised this is even legal from a safety standpoint

Photo update as of Friday, Feb. 17. Work seems to have slowed on Wine Bar George. Inside the construction fence looks much the same as my last post of Feb. 6. However, the construction fence has been moved back, giving more pedestrian room at this busy Disney Springs intersection.

Another agonizingly slow Disney project, haha.

not sure how these projects are funded. as some of the remodels seem to be being paid for by the tenant, but then other buildings i'm sure were paid for by disney even if they look custom to the business then the business pays rent.

so this ones probably a disney project, while planet Hollywood that was slow probably wasnt
