I've stayed there!
We had a third-floor three-bedroom condo. There was no elevator. If you're looking at something like this keep in mind it's very far up. Also, we were so far from the pool that we had to drive to it.
It was nice and spacious; we also had a balcony. There was regular trash pickup and we only saw bugs outside. It was quiet and we didn't have any trouble with neighbors or noise.
The clubhouse was nice too. At the time they had a small movie theater and showed movies for free. I imagine they still do this.
