At one time its release was "Fall 2023."

Yup. Lightyear's look kind of went with the Toy Story human look. Elemental and Soul has the Inside Out look. Onward had a kind of Dreamworks look
Some news on Win or Lose out of the Annecy Festival - 8 episodes, with each being about 20 minutes in length. More below.
"Prior to today, Will Forte was the only casting reveal. We received a few character descriptions, two voice reveals, and news about the score. Milan Ray from ABC’s The Wonder Years is the voice of Rochelle, who is described as a “Teenage CEO.” She’s an excellent student who takes the initiative in everything in her life, including helping to keep her single mother, Vanessa, on task and helping with her baby brother. Vanessa is voiced by Rosa Salizar (Alita: Battle Angel). The show’s score is composed by Ramin Djawadi, whose work includes the first Iron Man film, Eternals, A Wrinkle in Time, Disneynature’s Elephant, and HBO’s Game of Thrones.
What we saw wasn’t the first episode, so Carrie, Michael, and David had to set the scene. The series follows the events leading up to the Pickles softball championship, with each episode offering a different point of view. It follows not only students like Rochelle and the umpire Frank (Will Forte), but also the parents. The episode we saw was titled “Vanessa: The Cool Mom.” Having already been told that Rochelle sometimes has to help keep her mom organized, it gave insight into a hectic life of a single mother, trying to balance a career, a biting toddler, and a middle schooler facing life’s biggest turning point."

Pixar's Win or Lose has reportedly been delayed to 2024.
"Pixar’s first long-form original streaming series, “Win or Lose,” has been bumped to 2024. It was originally meant to premiere in December.
Disney just released the Disney+ listings for December and it’s not there. TheWrap had been hearing for a little while that it had been delayed until next year; this confirms it."

Hopefully it drops daily so the first season can be done before Daredevil: Born Again premieres in March.Not cancelled, moved to a later debut (Feb 19)...

Why would the first season need to be done before Daredevil?
D+ is big enough now (arguably always has been) they can have multiple series running at one time.

Because the last time(s) Disney dropped two series at the same time (Ms Marvel during Obi-Wan Kenobi’s run and The Bad Batch S2 during The Mandalorian Season 3’s run), it left the former of each of those series in jeopardy of coming back.
And I would rather Win Or Lose have its own space from Daredevil: Born Again so that the former is able to come back for a second season, especially if viewership ratings for WOL is better without a competing show in its way.

The difference in those cases is that those series have huge cross over in their audiences. And while arguably many in the Daredevil audience may watch this series, the same can't be said in reverse. As not all in the Pixar audience are interested in a gritty TV-MA Marvel show like Daredevil.

Well, we’ll see. But I just want the best for an original Disney+ series that isn’t Marvel or Star Wars or Percy Jackson and one that is new and original to come back for a second season. And I believe dropping Win Or Lose daily is the best way to make that happen for that show.

Disney hasn't done a lot of the daily drop for their series, I think only a couple times in 5 years. So I doubt this series would be a daily drop.
I honestly think it'll be fine. If the series is good it'll find an audience, even amid other series dropping on the service at the same time.
