I'm a bad Eagles fan. I got burnt out on the cockiness of the fans in Statesboro who acted like the SoCon was their birthright every season. I've actually found myself rooting against them on occasion for that reason. If you beat us, I'm sure your fans would enjoy it way more than we will if we beat you....again. (Sorry, had to slip that one in there.)
I'll be watching UGA-Miss. St. on Saturday.

GSU is 1-2. The triple option offense doesn't seem to be working this year. We would most definitely enjoy a victory against the Eagles. We've only won one time in the schools 21 meetings. Sad, I know. This year is the year though.
I would watch the Tenn.-LSU game, but why put myself through that misery.

I just took the initiative to look on our webpage. The game is at Paulson, so you have your work cut out for you.
Honestly, losing to Memphis and beating JSU and TT tells me absolutely nothing about your team. That's like saying you beat your 5th-grade cousin and his buddies and lost to the Colts.
However, we've lost 2 in a row, including to Wofford. This might be a down year for us.
(We're still not losing at home to UTC, though.)
(I will be a lot more pumped up for UGA-UT, if we come into that one unbeaten.)

Well we played my fifth grade cousin and his buddies last year and we lost those games. We have matured enough to beat them this year.
I am hoping we have matured enough to also beat the bullies up to street that I like to refer as the GSU Eagles. Just because you are in the friendly confines of your sandlot doesn't mean you are guaranteed a win. The Mocs have fight in them and they are going to lay the smack bottom on your team.
And I smell an upset coming this weekend with your Dawgs.
