For some reason this question just occurred to me. Unlike DL, DHS has a lot of places to get adult beverages. I’m wondering if they’ll allow guests to take them into Galaxy’s Edge. For some reason I have a feeling they won’t. When TSL opened we bought an alien claw light up sipper cup and then filled it with a blue Long Island like drink bought at one of the outdoor bars. It was great. I’m hoping we can do something similar at Galaxy’s Edge. Have to pass the time waiting for Savi’s somehow and blue milk isn’t going to cut it;)

You can walk around all of DHS with a drink. Why would they stop you?

This will probably help with the Cantian relative to it's Disneyland counterpart. Disneyland won't allow you to walk around with the drink but I'm guessing you will be able to in DHS.

Except 90% or more of people are in the cantina for the atmosphere, not for the drinks. The cantina will still be booked up and have a wait.
They should have built two, and made the entrance so you don't realise there are two different rooms.

They need a window type service at DHS so those just wanting to partake without the wait can do so.

I don’t think many guests want the drink, they want the experience of drinking inside the cantina. It would be like offering a takeaway food window on Cinderella Castle, the experience is about dining inside the unique venue.

I disagree. Having a themed drink while walking around the highly themed land is what many of us really enjoy doing. Besides, you would be able to take your themed drink and take a seat elsewhere in the land freeing up indoor cantina space for those that need to be in there.
