Will there be any summer discounts in 2014?

What are your thoughts on Summer 2014 discounts? Will there be free dining, 15-35% off rooms, or both? Will Disney hold off on discounts until they look at the current bookings for 2014 due to the new Mine Train ride? I was hoping for late June, July, early August discounts, or was that just for the "Monstrous Summer" promotion? I'd appreciate everyone's input. Happy 2014 everyone!

I think it will pretty much the same as years past. We won't know for sure until they make announcements.

Thank you. I will keep checking. Tomorrow 12/31/13 the discount offer for winter ends. I was hoping very soon after that they'd get something together for spring/early summer.

Thank you. I have never used Kingdom Konsultants before; I'm not sure why. I may need to look into that for 2014.

Well we would be delighted!!! We dont charge any fee to our clients for booking any Disney vacation package with us and we are as involved in your vacation planning as you want us to be. If you are more comfortable making your own dining reservations, that is no problem. If you prefer, we can arrange that for you, it is your choice. Disney has posted summer discounts during the first week of April for the last 3 years.
