Will there be a 7th Disneyland Resort in a tropical country?

I would like the next 7th Disneyland Resort to be built in SINGAPORE or MALAYSIA, and be the first Disney park in a tropical country,

Hong Kong is tropical……..typhoons and all

Malaysia absolutely will not fly

Singapore is too small of population along with weak appetite to support a Disney setup…….especially since a direct competitor has a foothold. Just not enough pie to feed 2 major players.

I still think that a park in Texas (somewhere just north of Austin) will happen at some point*, especially with the population growth in that area. I would also expect that Magic Kingdom to not have much rides in common with the other two parks to differentiate it and prevent as much canibalization as possible.

And by some point I mean 15-25 years from now.
