Will RPR lose express pass eventually?

I would expect RPR to lose EP after Universal opens the 5 star resort on the WnW plot.

YAY! We're moving out of FL in 2020, so we get to go!!!! 5 star and we'll have to ride a shuttle to the parks and CW- that stinks.

Of course! The six years of 2010-2016 have only added 2 HP lands, Springfield, Transformers, Minions, Kong, refurbs for Hulk and Spider-Man and 2 new hotels! We live in an exciting time! (I'm probably missing stuff too)

Not sure why anyone would say that Universal doesn't consider RPR a top of the line hotel. It is considered one of the 3 Deluxe Resorts. The only thing that differentiates it from the other 2 is that the rooms are smaller (and IMO, since the refurb, extremely ugly). But as for the restaurants and the look and feel of the resort itself, it's every bit as nice as Portofino, and nicer than HRH.
