Will Rapunzel's tower be staying at Epcot after F&G?

I'm not a fan of "keeping the movies present" in Epcot. If it was a model of the cologne cathedral, I'd say keep it. It would be charming if they moved it to Fantasyland though!

Beauty and the Beast stained glass window in France...?
It wasn't even stained glass. It was cheaply screen-printed. They got rid of it when Givency opened its first store in the United States, right there in the France pavilion. I'm going to admit I'm glad to see an authentic French store take over an awkwardly placed character spot.

It's oddly placed. Most small French boutiques don't have giant colorful stained glass mural-windows... Even so, that's better than a random tower placed between two of the countries, seemingly for no reason. At least the window tries to blend in. I'm with everyone else that the tower could be put to better use in the FLE.

i really hope they do. i saw this film a few days ago, and was totally blown away at how much i liked it. i must have seen it another 3 or 4 times after that, making sure the whole of my family saw it, and yeah, not a single person disliked it.

right now, what with princess and the frog and now tangled, im feeling rather positive about the future of Disney animation.

Agreed. They could use the floating lanterns somehow in the park, tethered of course.

If they could just get rid of that cheap replica of the Eiffel Tower Epcot would be so much better.

I love that tower! It looks great. It reminds me that there is room in WDW for some sort of Storybook ride.

Would you prefer that it have it's own gift shop?
We, paying customers, are not cattle. We do not have to be grateful or be happy that it could be even worse.

The choice is not between 'tacky advertisement' or 'even worse in-your-face giftshop'.

The choice is 'subtle commerciality' and tacky, cheap, 'gimme your money money money' mayhem.

DLP did a great show when Tangled first came out, if I understand it right it was a one time thing with some of the elements of the show for the media, but at 1:16 goosebumps! :)

Even better, just build the actual tower in Fantasyland. That would be gorgeous.

They kind of already did at DL, well they took an existing tower and put an overlay on top of it similar to the Christmas turrets.

The tower will also be in Soundsational.

im not entirely sure, but the space for the planned pixie hollow, is that all going to be taken up by the tents and dumbo? or will there be spare land? it would be nice to see something tangled related.

hehe, the snugly d__________g pub! :p
