Will magic bands be ready for Pres week?

We are in WDW 2/15-2/22. I am trying to understand the magic +/bands and if they will be available for our trip. I have registered on the new website which seems to be working for me now. Does anyone know if the bands are being issued yet and if fast pass+ can be booked yet?

We just received our itinerary in the mail with the booklet and vouchers. There wasn't anything mentioned about the bands or KTTW cards. What do you think we will be using for our trip? If fast pass+ is ready I think it could really change our plans for rides and parks. I wish there was some more information about this.

I would say most likely no. They are currently still rolling out TTP and the MagicBands will not be rolled out until after that. Even in the beginning of Magic Band roll-out, it will be a very select number of people at first. I would say at this point expect not to have them.
