Will I Really Wear Makeup?

I am getting closer and closer to our 9/17 trip and I keep wondering....will I REALLY wear makeup while I'm there? I mean I really don't leave the house without it on anymore which is funny considering for like almost all of my 30s I didn't wear a bit of it, (I am 39 - will turn 40 on they day we leave for WDW :)). However I really hate the stuff. I only use it because I prefer the way I look with it on vs. without. So I am torn - do I bother applying at all or just leave it at home and forget it?
Two things...
1. Yes, I know in the grand scheme of things this is stupid to waste my time pondering and I'm sorry for wasting your time too lol.
2. I am an all or nothing type so I will either apply all of it or none of it. So suggestions to go light won't help since I don't wear too much anyway, but enough to "feel" it on (which is the part I hate).
What are your experiences with makeup and what do you suggest for me?

Ha! I'm Italian and never dated anyone who wasn't at least part Italian - it just saves so much explaining (like how to pronounce 'cannoli' - oh and...it's gravy...and emotional outbursts...and real pizza...) LOL. Ended up with an Irish-German so white, he thinks any black person singing is "gospel music" LOL. But he has dark hair. :D Two weeks from tonight, we'll be packing to drive to WDW the next day for our 8 yr wedding anniversary. (Together 10 yrs.)

Totally understand about all of the explaining! Lol! We've been married 13 years and I still have to explain stuff about the culture but he pretty much adopted it all for himself - especially the food! Lol!

Congrats on your anniversary coming up! So exciting! Have fun!!!

Irish-American girl married to a Bronx ginzo--I learned EARLY on the definition of gravy. Red Gravy vs. Brown Gravy.

Anywho, @JENN SMITH as an official middle-aged lady (50) I've actually toned down the makeup from full-on "foundation" to a BB cream with SPF, which serves me well at home and at WDW. I use a nude-ish eyeshadow and mascara, as well as eyebrow pencil. I'm a natural redhead with blonde/invisible eyebrows/lashes, so eyebrow pencil and mascara are musts for me before going out in public. Eyeshadow is optional, and eyeliner, I gave that up years ago when I read that using it could emphasize the fine lines under one's eyes! If you are not yet in your 40s, don't even worry about that one.

The hair--naturally curly, which aged into a kind of half-hearted wave that I flatiron. Looking at pics from last week's WDW trip, I've just decided that total flat/straight hair is not all that flattering, so I need a consult with my hairdresser before November, when I return to WDW!
