Will Disney ever use the show buildings in Germany and Japan for rides?

The Mt Fuji coaster was reportedly shelved because Disney couldn't find a sponsor. Would've been great to have it in World Showcase and Epcot would have had a coaster that actually fits the theme...😉
I hear Fuji Film was going to sponsor it but Kodak, already being a big partner, put a stop to it.

I may be in the minority, but I don't feel that World Showcase needs a ton of attractions over and above what they have now. WS isn't so much about doing/experiencing exciting things; it's more about taking in the details and theming of each pavilion, trying the food, checking out the shops, etc. There is enough unused space/empty buildings in FW to handle more attractions, IMO. I would love to see more physical displays of each country's history and heritage-artifacts, models, dioramas.

I would love both!

Or Kodak didn't want anything referencing the word "Fuji" even if FujiFilm wasn't going to be a sponsor.

A bullet train attraction was also conceptualized and that would have been relatively easy to do (and even easier now)

So in total there were 3 different concepts for the pavilion and we got none :(

Well from what I hear, the Japan building is going to house the big hero 6 ride. They are going to route the entrance to the ride in between america and japan and call it Sanfransokyo. I think it was Iger who said we don't have enough fake places based off of real places in world showcase.
