Will Call at Swan and Dolphin?

Family trip coming up in November, staying at the Swan and Dolphin for the first time. Wondering if you can use your Will Call to get the park tickets at the Hotel Resort or do you have to go to Ticket Counters at the Parks? Trying to save some time and hassle on the first park day.

Family trip coming up in November, staying at the Swan and Dolphin for the first time. Wondering if you can use your Will Call to get the park tickets at the Hotel Resort or do you have to go to Ticket Counters at the Parks? Trying to save some time and hassle on the first park day.

Pretty sure it’s Guest Services or the Ticket desks at any park or Disney Springs.

You can’t do it at a Disney run resort, so I doubt you can at the Swan or Dolphin. You could stroll around to the IG at Epcot on your arrival day and do it there. Or even take the boat if you don’t want to walk.
