Ok. Let me start by confessing that I am a serial mug user. :drevil:

We bought mugs at the WL on our 2001 trip. We reused them on our 2002 trip.

While the logo has not changed, the handle HAS changed and the 2001 mug was noticeably different from the mug they were currently selling.

Luckily, the mug police were easily evaded and we pulled off the dastardly deed of using our old mugs. :lookaroun But, I guess if someone wanted to give us grief about our vintage mugs, they could have.

Of course we were so happy with ourselves that we went out and spent the money we saved on mugs on shirts at the Emporium.

So, the lesson I learned, is that you can't cheat the mouse. He'll get his one way or another.

I've seen people using the old style mugs...about 5 years old. Nobody said anything to them. We always buy new mugs as we use them here at home and have worn a few out.

I am just so proud of myself for hanging on to them for two years--we will buy one more since we are taking an extra child this time--can't wait until next weekend!

When I first got my mug the first trip we made to Wilderness lodge obviously it matched......but in April 2003 we noticed the handle chaning too, it is now ribbed like. But we asked the cashier about the mugs and he said we can bring them back for as long as they are selling the refillable mugs. I think we calculated that we saved over $200+ by getting those mugs and not buying 12 drinks a day for each meal, but we do get sprite with breakfast (hehe), and after parks, between park, for the pool, in the morning, so we wouldn't get that much of soda if we were paying for it but we do with the mugs...haha
