Wilderness Lodge Villas ???

In just a few days :sohappy:we will be checking into WLV for the first time. Since we have never been anywhere but the lobby of that hotel, I am not sure if we should make any special request for our room. For example, close to elevator, special floor or view. Any suggestions would be great. We will be in a 1 bedroom unit. We are so excited! We have want to stay here years and finally have the chance thanks to our DVC.

Also is there anything else I should know about this resort. Thanks.

I wouldnt say the choice of room makes any difference. Its one of the nicest places to stay, the foyer is very nice and I cant find a single fault well apart from the trog to the main building for grub.

I think you guys are going to enjoy it. It is my favorite resort overall. Though it has been years since I was able to stay in the DVC section so I can't think of anything but you will love it...

Personally I like Courtyard with either the first floor or the highest floor available. Either I have the view or the easy access to the pool. But make sure someone is in the room while you are in the pool, because you can't lock the sliding glass doors from the outside.
