Signatures only work AFTER you save it. In other words your signature will not show up to posts that you made "prior" to creating a signature.
Is that what you meant?

Perhaps you saved it but didn't wait long enough for it to get into the system? It can take anywhere from a few minutes to as long as half an hour...
