Why no rooms Sunday to Saturday ?

I have been trying to book a vacation online for this fall on a Sunday to Saturday and all I get is no rooms available. As soon as I change it Saturday to Saturday all kinds of hotels show up. I assume it is to force me to stay a Saturday night ?

I think a little more information is needed. What were you trying to book before? Sunday to Sunday or Sunday to Saturday? Date would also be helpful.

I have tried the first two weeks of Nov and first three of Oct. and all I have found were 250 to 450 a night rooms. I have training the first two weeks of Dec when we usually go so that is out, and I have to use my vacation time before the end of the year. I can't do sept because work is too busy.

Not really to force you to do anything. There are so many variables that go into availability. It could also be a glitch. As @Tuvalu sqid it may be best to call.

Andrew just needs to lower it a bit

I am also looking at airfare and trying to find a non-stop under $500 that flies from New Hampshire into Orlando I don't want to rent a car. I am still looking something will turn up.

First two weeks of November...

1. Wine & Dine Half Marathon weekend
2. End of Food & Wine Festival

Both mean guests book well in advance.

Nov 9-10 this year. Many schools will give other days off that week too.

Especially since Friday will be the holiday.

I'm there November 1st through the 8th for the Wine & Dine Half.

Crowds from race, F&W and Jersey week.

Wonderful.....

Yep, that time of year you need to book pretty far out in advance. As you see there are some available but they are higher priced and spotty availability.
