Why never a Bambi or Pinocchio ride?

Bambi: Would anyone really want to ride through a forest fire to watch Bambi's mom burn up?

Pinocchio: Would you want to take your child through a ride where underage drinking, cigar smoking, and defiance if praised?

I am not sure if these are the reasons, but I just cannot see how they would implement them. I truly think they need to get rid of the "movie" rides. They are outdated, very State Fair-like, and have little or no imagineering in them. Snow White, Peter Pan, and Pooh need to be scrapped, torn down, and newly designed.

I've been on the Pinocchio ride in DL and DLP, and I enjoy it, but I agree with the posters who are saying that Alice is their favorite dark ride. It will always be my favorite

I remember when i was little i went to disneyland paris and there was a pinocchio ride. I loved it! I remember the bit where the cage comes down on you and at the end the fairy or whatever, the hologram and then she disappears! Magical in my 5 year old mind!

I enjoyed the Pinocchio Ride in DLRP and i loved it. But I don't think I would want to see a Bambi dark ride.

A Bambi ride would fit in well in Camp Minnie-Mickey at Animal Kingdom.

Disneyland USA and Disneyland Paris aren't the only parks that have a Pinocchio's Daring Journey ride. There is also one at Tokyo Disneyland.

The three Pinochio rides are nearly identical on the inside, but I think the Tokyo version has the least attractive exterior. I do have to wonder if anyone ever pitched the idea of adding Pinocchio's Daring Journey to WDW's Fantasyland?

yep, Disneyland has a Pinocchio dark ride, and I believe DLP has one too.

one of my favorites in FL, though Alice still holds the top spot for me
