Why is Alien Encounter merch so difficult to find?

I have been looking for the Alien Encounter figures sold at Disney World for more than a year and have had no luck. Does anyone have any advice on finding said figures?

Well the ride did close, er, 20 years ago? I'd keep my eye on ebay but the most I've seen are ride pins. Btw, I used to love grabbing a soda and sitting outside that ride and watch the screaming and crying moms and kids coming out of that place. Good times!

Keep searching Ebay daily. Two auctions recently ended selling the SIR, Skippy and Fried Skippy sets.
