You know when you're on the TTA and it goes through Space Mountain and as the train rushes into the building the big gust of cool wind hits you and you glide past the two Space Mountain signs and you hear that star tunnel music, that music gets me everytime. You know what I'm talkin about? Does this get you to? What other little things like that in the Magic Kingdom get you?

I love that part of TTA!!! :)

The other spot that I get that feeling is walking under the train station on the City Hall side of the entrance. They usually have a popcorn stand there and the sites, smells and sounds really assault the senses!

-The music you hear as soon as your vehicle in Spaceship Earth turns when you reach the top.

-"Hey, that's some destination!" (Horizons)

-"Do not pull down on the safety bar please. I will lower it for you."

-The torches in Epcot

-Driving onto the property after being away for a year.

"When hinges creek in doorless chambers, and strange and frightening sounds echo through the halls..."

"Por Favor Mantengase Alejado De Las Puertas"

"This here's the wildest ride in the wilderness"

And driving up to the resort to check in since that's the first place every trip I set foot on property :).

As for other things that get me in WDW, I'd say...
-The Spaceship Earth Finale music
-Innoventions area music
-Illuminations:Reflections of Earth
-Wishes
-We Go On
-Watching fireworks from the California Grill
-Seeing the WDW entrance sign, the one with Mickey and Minnie, and then seeing all the purple road signs :)
-Seeing Spaceship Earth for the first time all lit up while driving to our hotel

I love that part of the TTA.

Hearing the sound and feel the motion of the theater moving, and some people in the audience go "woooooooow" on the carousel of progress.

The orchestral music at concourse six on "If You Had Wings"..."Attention please, eastern airlines flight..."

The upbeat music if main street u.s.a. and the combo of water and music in the que area of it's a small world.

The finale music of Spaceship Earth, and seeing the model of the sphere "floating" through space on the way down.

The waltzing fountains of EPCOT Center/Epcot

Seeing the white outline of the elevator door open as we prepare to freefall on tower of terror.

I dunno...the sound of the tram cars when they stop in the parking lot.

Looking up when you enter the Magic Kingdom and seeing the castle again

Walking through the front gates of any park

The haunted mansion

I agree with you about the TTA!!

For me the great feeling is splashing down in the large Pirate ship battle scene at POTC. This setting brings back the excitement of my first trip to DW. Something about the cannons firing and cannonballs plopping into the surrounding water sets off very nostalgic feelings.

Peter pan's flight- "Come on everybody here we go", even before that ride just waiting and listening to Peter Pan music before the ride is great

"Por Favor Mantengase Alejado De Las Puertas" - come on that is a classic

" Please keep your hands and arms inside the train and remain seated at all time, hand on to your personal belongings now, cause this here is the Wildest ride in the wilderness" Then the train horn blows out some steam and your off into a cave of bats LOL! I miss it!

TTA is a great way to give me chills and make me think about how happy i am when i am here...I can feel the coldness that comes when you enter Space mountain from TTA!

haunted mansion
--"We find it delightfully unlivable here in this ghostly retreat. Every room has wall-to-wall creeps and hot-and-cold running chills... Shhhh - listen!" AHHH that one gets me always!

--"Actually, we have 999 happy haunts here, but there's room for 1000. Any volunteers, hmmm? If you should decide to join us, final arrangements may be made at the end of the tour."
I actually have thought of bringing a pretend certificate saying how I want to be the 1000th member but you never know with the CM from the HM that might actually play along until i get really freaked... I am serious though do you guys think i should give the certificate i made... maybe i can get something in return from the CM or a special moment i can always remember but i would be scared to give it to them.

Angie I got So many more but i don't want to annoy anyone LOL

I was wondering when does it feel more magical for you guys to go on the Rides, what time of day early morning? late at night? before the sun sets? E-ride night time( have never don't that but I will August 2nd 2004)?

I really enjoy going on the rides right before the sunsets the sky is so beautiful then... looking up on TTA and seeing the pink and blue sky around you and then totally seem to fade a way,
AS THE SIGN POSTS UP AHEAD , YOUR NEXT STOP
SPACE MT. (I thought of the Twilight zone right there LOL)

The best time for me is right before regular park closing. It's dark, and I'm trying to get in as many rounds on Big Thunder, Splash and Pirates as I can.

BTMRR:Up the ramp, past the squeaking bats towards to "split water" fall on Thunder Mountain... (best after dark)

TTA: Into Space Mountain, hoping the lights will be on...

Morocco: Past the diners on your boat... I will eat there one day...

Sitting at the end of the pier at the Polynesian looking across "Bay Lake"..

HM: "Please step into the dead centre of the room"

The pride on the CM's face as they clean away the horse doo on Main Street.

The site of the main gates entering Disney property.

Hearing the queue music on Tower of Terror

Seeing a monorail for the first time.

Walking through Frontierland.

Actually, what probably gets me the most is the music in the Space Mountain queue. I wish I had that on a CD.

I love it when we drive up all those lanes and you just know you are almost there. :) We go right to our hotel and check in and then to the bus.

And I know some people hate it but I love the smell of Splash Mountain while we are waiting in line. :D

We don't have our next trip planned, but I'm having serious Disney withdrawals!!! :zipit:

I love that part of the TTA!

Actually, entering Space Mt, going into the star tunnel, I love that too.

Oh and the sound of the train gets me every time. *sniff*
