Why do new rides not have on-ride photos

Hagrid's and Velocicoaster both have them.

those were the two i wondered about, since they would be the ones that lend themselves the most to them. I hope this is a case of ride type and not a sign of things to come.

Agreed that it only makes sense to put them on rides that will generate an interesting photo. I hate that they're on Buzz, Haunted Mansion, and Pirates and suspect they were just added to increase the perceived value of Photopass.

the best ones I feel are hands down Tower of Terror and Seven Dwarves mine cart, you get a video and a photo for it’s perfect timing.

You guys are right though they have completely trimmed the experience, before we used to get a 1 minute full video of each now they trimmed it to 30 seconds. There used to a be lot of extra footage shot in Tower of Terror though, now they focused on the drop mostly

The oddest one in my opinion is Frozen Ever After. My pics always come out like 'meh, this ride again'.
